Unbelievable stress. Had to prove fortnightly income for 7 years ago!!

Online system doesn’t work or accept as a supply teacher I sometimes didn’t earn any money.
Couldn’t obtain info they required without putting in special request from HR to prove my income which as a supply teacher is unsteady.

Ruining my life.
I have worked full time over the past 7 years. Do not receive any parenting payment. Am a single mother. Do my tax every year. And now to be lumped with this is heartbreaking.

How do you feel about the way the Government has handled this process?:

Horribly.
“don’t worry it might be reduced by a second reviewer”. What the!?!
You are telling me I have a debt if $3800. Can you see on your system I was once in disability benefits for severe anxiety and depression?
Can you see I have still worked full time and not claimed benefits?????
