This created a lot of stress to me, but Centrelink didn't care, just told me to contact Lifeline.

Not once did they try and assist when I asked as to how the debt was calculated.
I took it to the AAT, and I won.

Don't give up if you believe your right.
And everybody contact Hank (the general manager).
If everyone contacts him they will have to act.

Don't give up until you get a result if you believe your right.

How do you feel about the way the Government has handled this process?: 

Absolutely appalling. They should be ashamed of themselves, and their bullying to innocent customers.
