I've had to take a day off work just to get the on the phone to discuss it with me and ended up in tears after the 8th phone call, 8 hours and getting different information each time.
I just heard back from the first reassessment where they have added on another $200.
How do you feel about the way the Government has handled this process?:
It's absolutely rediculous. This 'debt' is from almost ten years ago, I was under 18 for most of this period and suddenly there's an issue that they won't discuss with me or share their details of it. It's sad that this bullshit is what we've come to expect of these people but still isn't okay!
