After being stung for 8 thousand and losing for some reason in AAT, I thought the hell with it. I'll just cop it on the chin, it's less stressful than fighting it.
Claim Centrelink after NEIS, I just get a letter then stating if I receive compensation for an injury, that I would be required to pay back all payments from 2011!
That's more then 10,000 a year for 7 years and I may not even get much more then that!
If they sting me with this robodebt (received at 3am in the morning!) I will take this to the highest courts if I have to!
I did what I was told to do, they can't just sting me years later for something I didn't do the moment I get money, THAT'S THEFT AND FRAUD.
They are supposed to help us when we have nothing! Not screw us when we have something!
This is unacceptable and the final straw!! I'm getting this scrapped even if I have to take this to the Federal Court!!
