High anxiety levels and incredibly frustrated and FURIOUS.
This is TWO WEEKS BEFORE CHRISTMAS when my work slows to a halt and I am destitute.
The matter in question was brought up by Centrelink over a year ago and RESOLVED IN MY FAVOR.
They have lost or corrupted all supporting evidence and I wish I could find their goddam letter absolving me of this debt and admitting fault.
Inexplicably this time the ruling is not in my favor.
Please explain how the exact same issue can be resolved once in my favor and once against.
Obviously your benchmark standards are not inline with results and need a serious overhaul.
This is reflected in your customer phone service; I spoke to three people yesterday, two of whom agreed the matter was trivial and will most likely be resolved in my favor, the third was insensitive and very quick to judge based on black and white rules which do not take into account freelance work and payments. It was two days of work with a company I have never worked with again, as is the norm, and I was paid a month later when no longer on benefits.
