centerlink fraud , hiding evidence and refuse to investigate fully.

Sent me letter without calling or pre letter to allow my evidence. Quit caring in 9/2018 but said i was not caring in period from 1/2018. Have all evidence friends, court, police, 000 call etc but not interested in my evidence that the person i was caring for was in fact living at my address. Only period he was away was for the 63 days repite care allowed that was notified via my gov but they have no record of that they claim. Put in review and review officer phoned and demanded a letter from a "professional" to say he returned to my care. Told her no one needs anything to claim repite and i had paperwork at home from my FOI and waiting for more. She got narky after that as she did not even know i had FOI documents and just said well as your refusing to give me a professional letter she is just going to affirm the original decision. Said i am not refusing but i want everything in writing and asked if call was being recorded, she reply no and i said well it should be as you are sending me legal documents claiming a debt and i want everything in writing. They dont like you fighting back their false claims. Going to Administrative appeals now but holding back some of my evidence for aat. Dont trust them, dont trust their phone calls , get everything in writing and respond in writing. They have a vast powers to demand documents from police, courts, meta data , etc etc under legislation but dont want to prove any thing just use their false information to try scam you and try make you prove your innocence.
