This debt has made me incredibly anxious, and the constant phone calls to Centrelink and from the robotic debt collection agency every morning when the hold on my debt for review 'expired' has been stressful.

I have autism and a phone phobia, and this process was incredibly difficult for me.

How do you feel about the way the Government has handled this process?: 

It is ridiculous that this 'debt' was even suggested to have occurred based on a simple data matching error, even worse that it took 6 months to resolve despite the error being clearly identified early on.

The program is clearly faulty, and has been shown to be such over and over, yet it continues to be used to con those who cannot be a voice for themselves and cause stress in the lives of those who tried to do the right thing.
