I have had my debt resassessed and it went up and down.
They have chased me 7 years after issuing the debt and I have already paid back $12000 of this.
They sent me the working out but it’s just figures of what I should have been paid not why I owe it.
Every time I call I get the run around.
They say I was only eligible for just over $1000 the whole time I was at uni (5 years).
How do you feel about the way the Government has handled this process?:
Absolutely shithouse. I have had to chase them endlessly only to end up with larger debts.
Everyone I speak too has no idea how to resolve the issues. I am out thousands of dollars and now on a payment scheme.
