I intend to appeal the debt. I am asking my university for evidence. In short, a decision maker in Centrelink decided to state that my higher degree was by course work, when in fact it is by research.
It has caused me some anxiety, but I know I have not done anything wrong.
How do you feel about the way the Government has handled this process?:
It is absurd and very disturbing that public servants, who are bound by the Commonwealth Government's Code of Conduct, can behave so badly.
It is shoot first, ask questions later. I believe this cash grab is illegal. No one should be accused of false evidence.
I say that those responsible should be held accountable for their actions under the Code of Conduct.
