an absolute joke I have paid my taxes I haven’t received a payment from Centrelink since 2014 when I was 18 and last year went back to study full time (so will soon owe the govenerment 40k more) and work as much as possible to avoid dealing with them again
Centrelink staff need to realise there job is not to protect the money but to help people get access to money when they need it
The government will not provide me with an explination latter showing how they worked out the debt and where the debt occurred so there is no possible way to verify what they are saying and my bank statements don’t even go back that far
this is a total joke maybe they should save money by cutting back on government privileges as they are already well compensated by the tax payer instead of picking on the lowest earners
