I have always kept all my records, receipts, diaries etc all the way back to 2000. I always was honest with Colonel Clink but their computer said "no" They changed the calculations so that I had a debt. Last year I earned a total of $25k because I had some work but mostly Newstart. Without the income from that work, I would be homeless.
Now Family Support are creating a rapidly bulging debt based on an income of $51k so the net result is that my Newstart has reduced to $547 whilst my rent is $560 per fortnight. I have already sold possessions to keep on top of bills. My depression gets worse. The medicines increase. It's all so pointless. Why bother doing the right thing when they keep removing more limbs until I cannot even flail.
When Corman can spend 3 years of my income on a couple of charter flights for meetings in one day, I get bloody furious with the double standards and arrogant hypocrisy of our parasitic pollies who care only for what they can have. Why can't they use Skype?
The government is and has been utterly vicious and incompetent. I have 16 pages of Centrelink's incompetence and that is only what I bothered to write down. There is far far more. It just gets too stressful. Now the number one cause of illness - particularly the epidemic of mental illness - is stress generated by our ever more brutal government and their faceless brainless bureaucrats. I had a reply from the Minister basically saying that if she acted on my case she would have to do the same for everyone and of course doing her job is not what she is willing to do.
