This debt apparently occurred because I said I was thinking about studying but every time I ring first it's the study then it say something else if they read my records I was entitled to a disability pension due to my learning disability but I told them I didn't want it
How do you feel about the way the Government has handled this process?:
This was handled poorly and I really don't understand it at all. But they at least waited the 28 days before they started taking the repayment unlike my mum who they started taking it straight away.
