This debt has been extremely hard on me mentally.

I am so stressed out all the time about paying this off and raising three children on my own without a permanent job.

How do you feel about the way the Government has handled this process?:

I have tried to call and ask for a printout of the overpayments.

They sent me some information but half of it was missing. When I tried to tell them about it, they just said I was wrong.
How can I be wrong when I had the sheets directly in front of me?

I asked for a re-printout and I was told it would have to be approved. I dont understand what has to be approved.
The lady on the phone, who was very rude, said that it was a privacy issue.
I said IT'S MY INFORMATION!!! YOU SHOULD BE GETTING PERMISSION FROM ME TO LOOK AT MY INFORMATION!

I dont understand any of this. The people I have dealt with on the phone are so rude to me.

What an embarrassment to the Australian population that we have people like this. How do they feel good going home after a day of work? Bbeing a bitch all day long
