Wasted copious amounts of my time (8 hours so far, and counting - I have only just begun the review process). Hours on the phone to Centrelink, handballed between departments. I am already trying to get my private debt under control, and have been hit with this. Immensely stressful, and very annoying.
How do you feel about the way the Government has handled this process?:
They knew it was a massively flawed system when implementing it, and yet they went ahead regardless. Disgraceful. Feels like extortion. I feel betrayed by my government. This would not be acceptable in any other circumstances (e.g. commercial world).
