So my mum got a debt notice because she told them she works casual at christmas for australia post and she told them but somehow shes got this huge debt. she couldnt stop crying and called my sister who is working as the only gp in a country town. so my sister had to take work leave to calm my mum down and my mum thinks shes going to jail. now my brothers and sisters have to live in this boring country town and go to a new school in a few weeks because my mum is so sick from debt collectors that she doesnt owe money too. my mum is honest and told them about payments. because of this my sister took time off work and is now hiring a nanny to look after us. shes the only dr in the town

How do you feel about the way the Government has handled this process?:

Not good its torn our family apart. just because she got a job they new about. Its not a debt its wrong now mums in hospital sick. she wishes now she never worked part time its just problems
