I was told I owed it because I had failed to advise if a second "bank account" with $8000.
The bank advised they must've been referring to my VISA account which has a limit of $8000.
They say "Immediate Payment --/09/2016 to --/01/2017 due on --/01/2017 $6,068.72". Then under that "Payment from --/01/2017 - --/02/2017 due on --/01/2017 $862.38"
I have no idea what that represents.
And then at the bottom of the letter they have included "important Information which details how I can receive help under the Pensions Loan Scheme".
How do you feel about the way the Government has handled this process?:
I feel sick.
I have so far ignored it as I thought it was a letter advising that they have caught up with my pension payments which haven't been paid for months.
