I have a 2 month old son and a partner who has gastric issues preventing him from working at the moment. We are both 19. It caused fights and almost destroyed my family, my anxiety and depression was horrible, especially since we were unable to contact anyone until January of this year.
How do you feel about the way the Government has handled this process?:
They need to be held accountable. What was the suicide rate amongst people who received a debt letter for Christmas? Why were we made to feel like criminals when we did nothing wrong. They don't care. Maybe they need to be investigated themselves. "Overpayment" on a system that gives you nothing is rediculous.
