My partner and I are both out of work suddenly. I over estimated my income so don't know how this happened. Can't prove it's wrong. Two dependant children under 5. If I didn't have kids would kill myself, life is one blow after another.
How do you feel about the way the Government has handled this process?:
People that work at Centrelink seem to hate people receiving benefits and don't want to help. They don't give out info freely and each person you talk to says something different.
