Just taken off parenting in December 2016 and on low incomes with my 17 year old still under my roof, payed rent and other supporting my son alone without ever receiving child support, I'm struggling more than ever. I don't understand how the overpayment would have occurred because I was vigilant in checking with them and received receipts. I was forced by an officer of Centrelink to enter into a payment plan at in the same call was allowed to lodge an appeal. This now means less food and no air conditioning until this debt is repaid. To make matters worse my son starts uni soon and it's hard enough trying to get him ready. It's an absolute joke. I HATE THE WAY THIS GOVERNMENT IS TREATING US AD CRIMINALS.
