What really annoyed me about this is that I have phoned centerlink so so many times to follow-up and I keep getting the same answer...
"your review is in process but you need to pay the payment plan" hell no! I'm not paying money I do not owe and that I have submitted proof! This is ridiculous!
I have told them many times I'm not paying a cent until I'm found guilty and they just say "well that's up to you but we are referring your debt to a debt collecting agency"
This mess is such an outrage!
I even had to take work off, spend over an hour of my time in a centerlink office to CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO SUBMIT MY PROOF! It's been so long I wasn't even on their system! what the hell!
