Its always gunna be the Little guys vs the big guys

Well....where do I start. I meet a man when I was 20 and ended up having a child to him. Now not my shining moment but he was living at a caravan park & I was living with my mother. He moved to qld I stayed in NSW till my child was 3 months old. Saw that rentals were extremely cheaper up here and I could actually make a life up here. So I got myself a privet rental. He was here and there for our child say hello help with shopping then leave. Yet lived the more party lifestyle that I wasn't interested in. He always had his own place to, NEVER lived together. Eventually got locked up for 18months then was released. Having no place to go and needing a stable supportive address & person for his release, I put my hand up as at the end of it he is my child's father. He stayed for 8months. Had his own room, cooked his own food, even did his own washing. Police came to my door at 6am in the morning barging on my door. I went to open the door to find they were about to ram my door down with that steel thingi. AFP asked me questions to which I was honest & said we will be in touch. 2weeks later I had a lady call extremely rude lady mind you and ask me 1,000 questions about dates and times? I've been in qld 5 years sorry I don't remember exact times?. Anyways ask for document of my leases, 4 actually. Friend & family to acknowledge I was single, everything. Had nothing to hide as his name was on NOTHING of mine. So long story straight a lady I have NEVER met in my life put me down as DEFACTO. Since I met this man! 2011-2016. I was fined $50,000 for living & being in a relationship with someone I was not, even when he was in jail I was someone defacto and living with him? How the f**k dose that work? I can prove he didn't live at my address due to charges declared on him at HIS address ( which I did try to explain) so at the end of it all I got f**ked over. Taken for a lier, Fined $50,000 & was given $300 to support myself & child. You ruin the lives of innocent people trying to do the right thing. So yea thanx a lot centrelink
