They sent me a letter demanding that I owe money from 5 years ago, I need to provide proof that I haven't work for 2 month when I was on the newstart allowance. Even though when I apply for newstart , i have to provide all the proof that I was not working.
I have to take time off to find that proof for them, contact my employee 5 years ago to give them the information. It makes me feel very stressed.
After I provide proof , their systems still saying that I owe money, even though the compliance say that I don't owe any money at all.
Their items system, Mygov, centrelink site say that I owe money. when I call up the compliance said that there is an error in IT system and they can't do anything about it.
I do not think they know what they are doing there, one person refer me to someone else and so on, but their IT system is still not displaying properly.
