Received the debt notice of approx $4900 right before Christmas after having moved out of home for the first time.
The stress and time taken to dispute this has been an unnecessary weight on my shoulders
How do you feel about the way the Government has handled this process?:
Its unacceptable. An automated system is clearly incorrect and producing the wrong information.
if they do intend on recouping the debt, they need to find an accurate method to do so.
