I was livid, they sent me a letter without any information whether debt was accured, as it covered two financial years.
How do you feel about the way the Government has handled this process?:
It's crazy they reduce the debt by $15 and said I should be happy then they reduce the debt by $300 and said I should be happy then when I threatened Them with the AAT then the ombudsman they canceled the debt. I thought the scam letters only came from Nigeria but I was wrong.
