I received this debt and I wasn't even on Centrelink benefits. This caused a lot of stress and anxiety. I had to prove to Centrelink that they didn't pay me and I wasn't on their system???
How do you feel about the way the Government has handled this process?:
It was appalling. I was treated so rudely and like I was a criminal. I was told that I was a liar because they wouldn't send a debt for overpayment if I wasn't paid.
