ours occurred after CL suggested the wife seek a pension from NZ as she had lived there for near on 20 years .The sent her the paper work to fill in .Once the wife started receiving payment from NZ.. CL then sent us a letter to say we have to pay back money to them .
I quired this and was told they had discovered a discrepancy going back 2 years .
Now am asked to pay half of my wife dep't from my pension.
so far we have been paying 10 dollars a fortnight and still paying it off ,yet it was not my wrong doing but an CL mistake.
How do you feel about the way the Government has handled this process?:
CL very bad saying their never wrong.
