I'm perplexed, very angry, extremely anxious and too time poor to deal with this the week before Christmas! Assholes!

How do you feel about the way the Government has handled this process?:

Yes its the week before Christmas but CentreGrinch decided it was a fabulous time to extort more money so they ploughed through my receipts from many years ago.

Its not new, however — they are simply re-evaluating a debt query from June 2017.
Why I asked over and over again; this debt was resolved and cleared!

Well the Centrebots didn't like that ruling so they DELETED/ CORRUPTED ALL THE EVIDENCE including the letter admitting they were at fault and wavering the debt.
How convenient.

This time, while I was shaken and furious about receiving another letter the week before Christmas, I was certain the outcome would be the same.
I spoke to four people in one day, none of whom were consistent and all of whom could not count.

I pointed out the previous ruling, I submitted the evidence (again) and waited for them to realise their mistake.
WRONG.
This time it took less than a day for some idiot to confirm the debt holds.

I then spent over an hour on the phone with a lovely but incompetent woman who was equally befuddled with the inconsistencies in this ruling (what are the benchmarks FFS) and claimed to have no access to last years evidence except for a corrupted file.
It appears all previous documents relating to the clearing of this debt a year ago have been tampered with.

I strongly recommend all of you keep and file all evidence from your claims — it appears the matter is never settled, even when its settled.
