Free leaving extremely abusive domestic violence this escalated my diagnosed issues of Generalised Anxiety Disorder, depressive disorder
and also CPTSD. I have been fighting this for the better part of a year now!!

How do you feel about the way the Government has handled this process?:

Poor. Drawn out. The whole process is a joke. I’ve been blatantly told I was at fault, been given 5 different amounts between $500-$4500, had to deal with untrained people with disabilities who could barely use the computer system or understand what I was saying, I’ve been told that there’s no point escalating to more assessments and that I may as well just pay back the most recent amount because the representative deemed it correct. I have 3 different ADEC printouts, with varied information on all 3, I’ve been told that the amounts that I declared can be altered at any time and that is perfectly allowed, regardless of if I declared correctly or not!
