So I have received this letter yesterday in my mailbox saying I owe them $10000 for the 2015-16 . I seriously have no clues what is this for . The phone does not go through. I feel so gutted right now . I have a constant headache since last night . Don't know what will happen but in no state i can afford to pay that big amount .

How do you feel about the way the Government has handled this process?: 

The govt is charging the tax payer for their own fault. This is just not acceptable. My colleague got that letter last year but hasn't paid a single penny yet . And nothing has been done . She was advised by one Of The Centrelink workers to not pay anything as no one else is Paying as well . I feel like jumping off the roof and end all this for once . I am already going through personal crisis and to add to the beauty ! This letter has arrived .
