It was a real shock when my mother received a letter stating I owe 1350 and if it wasn't rectified in 14 days it would go to a debt collector. So when I received her phone call I was outraged.
How do you feel about the way the Government has handled this process?:
Very poorly. They should give people more time and especially over the Xmas period.
