Tell us about your debt and how has this affected you? e.g. anxiety levels, financial and accommodation stress:

Anxiety levels, financial stress.
As someone with severe anxiety and who doesn't cope well under stress, i had an anxiety attack when i received my debt letter from Centrelink. I have written a complaint on the website, but i don't know how to appeal. Apparently this is some top secret. And every time you try to call they hang up on you! I received my notice of $349.15 just before Christmas and instantly broke down. I am on a disability pension and have a casual job, which has been closed for Christmas and don't earn a lot. I have no idea how i am going to pay this. I know my debt isn't as high as others debts, but it's still unfair to the vulnerable.

How do you feel about the way the Government has handled this process?:

Completely unfair. They don't care about the poor and vulnerable.
