I have accessed sickness allowance 3 times, and was required to provide all my fortnightly income to CUNTrelink at the time.
These idiots are now averaging across the year and say I owe almost $10000.
I have never done anything wrong & only claimed in times of need.
They are also now asking me to prove earnings for 2011 despite banks and govt not keeping records over 7 years old.

I cannot stress enough this awful process has impacted my current employment as I have to sit through 20-30min of wait music when I need to call them - this autodebt is a result of effing idiots who have no compassion or understanding of real life .

I am now suicidal, U complete bastards

How do you feel about the way the Government has handled this process?: 

they cut corners to get $ off people who are vulnerable. They want money and do not give a shit about the needless distress they are causing.

Problems with this automated system are well known, yet my phone call today shows they are STILL averaging income to calculate this issue. I am so upset at this.
