I have had to take days off work to try and handle this mess.
How do you feel about the way the Government has handled this process?:
Extremely poor.
I have counted 5 pay periods where my updated entitlement is now less than previously yet my updated income is less than I originally reported - I've questioned centrelink about this and they can't provide an explanation for the calculations.
I suspect they've completely forgot about their "Income Bank" in all these calculations.
