Out of the blue I had two letters saying I had been over-paid by a huge amount - I mean how does that even happen when they have all my details? absolutely no information has changed between November 2016 when I had a letter saying all is fine but then suddenly 3 months later I suddenly owe $3600? Now instead of earning income and supporting my family I have to spend hours working to resolve someone else mistake and that is just devastating.
How do you feel about the way the Government has handled this process?:
Why even send letters when they can just be changed whenever the system wants. No one can ever feel secure or trust the governments handling of this.
