Tell us about your debt and how has this affected you? e.g. anxiety levels, financial and accommodation stress:

I am losing sleep and precious time trying to re-appeal the process, despite their clear indifference to my situation. My Centrelink payments are being reduced despite the reviews being IN PROCESS, which places extreme stress on my financial situation. When you're studying 50+ hours a week under high stress, and no one is able to help you if you can't pay your rent this week, it feels like the sky is falling.

How do you feel about the way the Government has handled this process?:

They are completely indifferent, and not taking into account individual circumstances. The fact that the information was handled 'wrong' the first time, is evidence of their utter negligence. It's impossible to talk to anyone who doesn't give you an automated answer, and every review I've processed (multiple) has been rejected without looking at the evidence I've officially given them 3 times. It's disgraceful targeting of those already financially struggling.
