The debt collector called me, and ask to pay the payment immediately.
Me : What debt? I never receive any letter about debts
Collector: originally you own $300 something, but you have paid $260 last year, so you owe...
Me: I never be on any pension or benefit before tho..
Collector: thats about childcare benefit last year
Me: My daughter is 8 now, way beyond the age for benefit tho ...and I never been involved in centrelink process last year tho.....
Collector: Well, I don't know, the debt was escalated from Centrelink, you have to make payment, before we take further action.
Me: dont you think something obvious wrong?
Collector: Well, I dont know, but the debt was escalated from Centrelink, you have to make payment, before we take further action.

How do you feel about the way the Government has handled this process?:
