Tell us about your debt and how has this affected you? e.g. anxiety levels, financial and accommodation stress:

The robot debt said I claimed $10,000 less than what I was actually paid. That thought I only claimed half my pay. I realised they had my work place of 4 years under two slightly different names (the second name was missing the PTY Ltd). If a person was reviewing my account, they would have noticed this.

I've had small issues with anxiety before but now Ive had to consider medication. I constantly have anxiety attacks and disassociated episodes. I wake up anxious and shaking. Whenever I hear a police siren, I almost have an anxiety attack or I'm on the verge of crying.

On top of bills, rent etc, I can't afford to seek the medical help I need. Even of a mental health plan, it can be $100 for just two appointments.

How do you feel about the way the Government has handled this process?:

Absolutely poorly.
I tell EVERYONE to avoid using centrelink as much as possible. I tell EVERYONE to make sure they are checking EVERYTHING at least three times and make sure they have other check for them as well. Just having your work place under two, slightly different names has caused a world of trouble for me and my mental health.
