I burst into tears as soon as I saw the letter.
Have been feeling physically sick all day thinking about it.
Trying to get my head together to fight back about this.
I have just bought a house and it's Christmas, money was already tight.
Now I'm told I owe $12k without any evidence as to why. I don't even have that amount of money anymore because of house deposits and legal fees.
I'm at a loss. I can't pay this debt.

They provide no evidence on why I owe them this debt.
I am incredibly angry, scared, and stressed.
