I was just shocked considering it apparently happened in 2012 when i was working and probably due to payment from work not being immediately accessible, I probably didn't report accurately, hence just accepting it could be true, plus the fact..I don't have documentation that far back to prove otherwise.
I appreciate we do have a system that does try to support many; I just do not like the fact, some are unecessarily targeted or treated like they are sponge or burden in which 'taxpayers', (we all are), HAVE to share 'their hard earned money' ...politicians and governments set the tone, giving society permission to also denigrate people who they know nothing about...that is the problem, as many have said, a mean spirited feeling is being perpetuated by our leaders.

How do you feel about the way the Government has handled this process?:

What has angered me as i did give a lump sum of $450, electing to then pay $50 per fornite (as i still have my teenager finishing his last year, (HSC) and newstart along with family tax a&b, gives $500 a week, so it pretty tight, and thankfully saving pay for the rent here), but when I was given money ??? must have been via family tax Aor B??? Centrelink deducted the balance with no notification or giving me the option to increase my payment...so that to me was understand and thoughless that hey maybe I needed that little extra for something.
